Italian Synagogue

Built on a plot acquired in Sahsuvar Sokak in Kuledibi by the Istanbul Italian Jewish Association, the synagogue was approved as a place of worship in 1885.

Galata Surp Pırgiç Church

This Armenian Catholic church was opened for worship in 1834. It's surrounded by Kemeraltı, Ala Geyik and Kuyu streets, and the Patriarchate was housed next door until it moved to the Sakizagaci Surp asdvadzadzin armenian church.

Galata Ioannes Prodromos Church

Named in a list of Greek Orthodox churchles in Istanbul compiled for the Russian Tsar in 1538, its origins go back to the 16th century. Lost in a fire in 1771, it was rebuilt in 1773 by permission of Sultan Mustafa III.
